Terms of returns / changes
• Returns of products are accepted within 14 days from the date of the order.
• Prerequisite that their packaging has not been used and has not been opened or damaged *.
• Products must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
• The costs of returning the product and any new shipments are borne by the customer, except in cases of return where the product was defective or due to a wrong delivery from our store.
• Delivery-cash on delivery costs are not refunded, except in cases where the product was defective or due to a delivery error from our store.
• If a product is returned, the customer can request a refund or replace it with a product of the same value or greater, paying the difference.
• Before any return, first fill in the return form or contact us by e-mail or by phone.
• You send the new product to the customer if we first receive and check the returned product.
• The products to be returned are sent to the address: ALFA SALES E.E., SANTORINIS 15, VARI, P.C. 16672.
We would also like to explicitly note the following:
• As a company we do not provide any warranty for the products other than the warranty that accompanies them from the manufacturer.
• In case a product is defective from the beginning, the possibility of commercial replacement due to DOA is given (it concerns replacement of a product with a technical problem during delivery,
which means that from the beginning it is not possible to put it into operation) for free and it can be done up to 14 days after the receipt of the product.
• In case a customer wants to use the guarantee of a product provided by the manufacturer, undertakes the communication with him.
• We do not provide product service and we do not have spare parts.
* Each manufacturer has its own product packaging system of. By the term "damaged packaging" we mean any action it has alter the original condition of the packaging and the product irreversibly. The same also applies to products that have a special safety tape and this should not be violated.
